Singapores competitive luxury apartment market is forcing some developments to take new innovative steps to attract investors.
One such development is The Hamilton Scotts apartment building and one such step is the introduction of en suite sky garanges. A clever alternative to the underground parking common in high-rise buildings, residents can pull into a designated spot and use a biometric thumb scan to send the car to the right apartment where it will sit behind a glass wall adjacent to the living room.
The idea is developed by KOP Properties whose CEO explains: “Its done in such a way that its a museum showcase, its not just a car park.”
The Hamilton Scotts comprise of 54 three-bedroom high-end apartments and two super-luxurious penthouses priced between S$7.5 and S$24 million (US$6 to US$19.3 million). Amenities include gym, meeting rooms, jacuzzis and an outdoor pool.
